Giving a job to a courier, taxi driver or chauffeur, physically sitting in your office is easy. You print out job details and hand it to them. If the driver is on the road then things are different. You know the story - they're engaged/ they're in a customers office/ they're out of range. Not to mention the drama of answering the phone while they're driving - which of course they don't do!

The texting feature of Controller lets you SMS a job to a drivers phone with a single key press. The only extra piece of software you need is our V7Email module, which is currently free. You'll also need to sign up to an email-to-SMS service such as esendex.net
