If you've gone through these "Products" web pages methodically, you know just what Controller can produce from data initially entered by someone answering the telephone. But that's not the end of it. We've thought of all the other things you need to know, about how your courier, sameday, chauffeur and taxi company is running. So we've designed a number of different reports that can help.

Controller retains all completed jobs in a history file. You'll therefore be able to access all types of information about things like cancelled jobs, bookings despatched late, suspended contracts restarted (these are just a few examples). What's more, we regularly add new reporting features to Controller, as our customers suggest new things they need to know about their company.

We hate to ram it home, as we know we've said it before (see How we're different), but we have one piece of software. So if one company suggests a report which we feel will be beneficial to everyone, then everyone gets it, they just don't have to use it!
