Controller software for courier, sameday, chauffeur, and taxi companies - Invoicing.

We don't pretend to have written an account software package, we leave that to the professionals like Sage. However, we have thought about what you need to run your courier, chauffeur or taxi company, more efficiently. Controller enables you to produce invoices. You can invoice at any time you want. You can choose to produce your invoices daily, weekly or monthly. You can even choose to invoice certain accounts daily and others weekly, or monthly.

Once invoices have been prepared they can then be transferred to an accounts package to help you with credit control. See account interface

We've written a wizard to take you through invoicing. It will allow you to choose whom you want to invoice, what you want to invoice, and when you want to invoice. It will take you through invoicing in easy to follow steps. We don't think it could be simpler - but if you think it can, then tell us! We are always looking for ways to improve our software.

Controller can also produce supplier statements for you. Of course, if your drivers are self-employed, they must still invoice you. However, you can check that their invoices are correct using the supplier statements from Controller.
