Autumn News from Courier Systems
Most of autumn was taken up with the developing our XtraVan software, but more of that in our next news page.
We made some minor adjustments to make Controller better still. Among these adjustments were:
- We improved the screen space when you enter or view vias, this has improved the readability of the screens.
- In order to better support you, we are now using a new remote support tool provided by LogMeIn. This tool allows us to access your computer and help you resolve any issues you may have.
We would recommend that you download and install the Remote Assistance Tool now, before you need it. Then, if you need assistance in the future, you will be set up and ready to receive support with the minimum of fuss. To do this, go to Downloads, then 'Other' - 'Remote Assistance Tool' at the bottom of the page. Save the download, run and install it. A new icon (red cross) will appear on your desktop. Now, should you require assistance, you can simply double-click the icon, complete the details requested, and we'll be able to support you quickly.
- We've improved the preview layout when creating a new invoice, credit note, statement or job docket layout. The 'Preview' button now allows you to see what the format looks like before choosing it.
