Great new feature - Duty Controller Report
It may be 5.30pm, but does that mean your working day has ended? If you want to give your customers a professional service, then someone is going to have to be available out of hours. That person will need information to help with telephone calls such as:- a customer wanting to know the progress of a job
- taking a new booking with confidence that it can be covered
- taking details of a P.O.D. or 'pick up on board' from a driver clearing that evening or weekend
- reminding an out of hours driver of a delivery or collection address they may have forgotten
Here is a list of just a few improvements suggested by our customers, which we've included in our software this summer.
- Notification of the status of a job can be sent to up to 5 email addresses
- The number of via's a booking has can be seen on the press of one key (F7)
- The number of units charged can be added to an invoice using the invoice designer e.g. the number of miles/waiting minutes/extra drops, not just the total charge for those extra's
- A customer factoring number can be added to an invoice using invoice designer
- Customer notes have been added to job dockets
- The postcode field can be removed from the booking screen, if the postcode software has not been installed
- An order number can be added to the despatch screen
