Christmas and the New Year

Christmas went in a flash, didn't it? We sent all our clients and prospective clients a virtual Christmas card. Well that's not quite right. Every year we at Courier Systems do our bit for the planet and in particular it's trees, by not sending out Christmas cards. Instead we donate our Christmas card budget to Oxfam. Christmas 2006 we bought 7 toilets from Oxfam. Apparently they were very useful.

Design your own invoice layouts

The latest version of Controller for Windows allows you to design your own invoices layouts. We've written a wizard which will take you through all the steps necessary for you to design your invoices; exactly as you want. You can even design a number of different invoice layouts, so that different customers can have different invoices.

As always, we have tried to make it as simply as possible, so that you can quickly and easily create your invoice layout. There is a list of different variables (items you may want to include in the invoice such as "Via's" or who booked the job), and all you do is drag and drop the variables you want to include, on to your invoice layout. It's so simple. If your customer requires a specific item on an invoice like a purchase order number, then you can produce an invoice format to use just with that customer.
