Controller's new report puts you in touch with your business.

It's easy to loose track of customers, when you are consumed with running your despatch business. Our new report allows you to compare the work you do for customers over various periods of time. This allows you to see how your business is performing on a day to day basis.

It occurred to us that it's very easy to overlook a customer who stops using you, or uses you less. You might not notice it for sometime, and by that stage it could be too late to persuade the customer to return. The idea behind this report is to give you an early warning of a customer using you less.

The report can be set over various time periods; for example yesterday, last week, last month or dates you set (custom dates). The report calculates the total of each customer's jobs (by value) for the period you select. At a glance you can see if a particular customer is using you less, or more, for the time period selected.

Nigel Thomas and Frances Valdes from Courier Systems complete the 27th London Marathon

Despite developing a really bad cold the day before the marathon, Nigel Thomas completed all 26.2 miles. This was no mean achievement as he started getting the "shivers" on mile 12. In record temperatures being cold was not a good sign. Still he slowed down, drunk lots of water, took it easy and Nigel and Frances finished in 5 hours 55 minutes. It wasn't a good time for a marathon, but it was a really good time for a marathon runner with a cold. If Nigel can run 26.2 miles with a cold, he can never again complain of having "Man Flu"! Watch this space for next year.
