Things we've improved this Autumn
On the Despatch window, a customer who is marked as special is now show in bold.('Edit Account' and check 'Special Customer')
The email setup Wizard has been improved ('System' > 'Configuration' > 'Wizards' > 'SMTP Email')
Improved facility to add quotations
Pre-allocated jobs are now shown in green
The late job warning can be turned off, if the job has already been allocated ('System' > 'Configuration' > 'Sounds' > 'Disable job warning if job preallocated')
We've added the following new features
- There's a new despatch window
- You can now print despatch notes in a batch
- We've added a Quotation Manager
- You can add customer notes to your customer accounts and these will show at Despatch time
- For network nerds - we've added a ping test ('System' > 'Support' > 'Ping Test')
- Driver statement summary report now details VAT totals
- Added option when emailing driver details to Smartphone or mobile device; it can be done in plain text
- On the invoice layout designer there is now a 'Payment by date' (invoice date plus terms of trading) in the list of variables which can be added to your invoice design
- You can now configure Controller to send copies of your emails to another email address ('System' > 'Configuration' > 'System Settings' > 'Email settings')
