More Edits from the Despatch Screen
If you are using Despatch Screen 2 (please do - it's great!) you can now edit contacts, drivers, and accounts directly from the right-click menu options.We've done some tidying up on Controller
If you look on the invoice and credit note windows you will notice a few of the new features. They were in the old version of Controller, and we've now transferred them across to our windows version. Look particularly on the email/print/view options.'Reply-To' for emails sent to drivers and suppliers
If you use Controller to send job details to your drivers via email, they can now reply (confirm receipt) to a different email inbox. This email inbox can be monitored by your despatcher, who will then easily know who has acknowledged receipt of the job, and who hasn't.An example:-
Your standard email address is info@yourcompanyname.com. However, when a driver replies to an email, you can set the reply to be sent to operations@yourcompanyname.com.
To take advantage of this go to 'System>Configuration>Configuration Wizards>Emails Setting to configure.
