Despatching a booking

The despatch screen contains all work in progress, from bookings waiting to be allocated to a driver, to bookings waiting to be invoiced. From here you will be able to allocate work, record Pickup On Board times, Proof Of Delivery information, add extra charges to a booking such as waiting time, extra calls or return loads. This will become your dispatchers main working screen.
