Controller small print

Cost: £39.99 plus V.A.T. per month, for a one user Windows system. This offer is available on a basic set up, for a limited period over the web, with payments made by direct debit.

The cost includes support by email, it does NOT include post code data (see below).

Terms and conditions:Controller is used under our Terms and Conditions. These may be changed from time to time, and if you continue to use the software after a change you will be deemed to accept the change. So please make sure you look at these regularly.
In a nutshell Terms and Conditions say "if you play fair with us, we'll play fair with you". However, "highlights" are:

• Payment is due on 1st of each month for the whole of that month or part thereof.
• Payment must be made by direct debit.
• The monthly fee is reviewed every year on 1st December. We haven't found it necessary to increase the fee to our customers for the last 4 years. When we have increased the fee in the past, it has been a small increase to cover additional operating costs.

We will then contact you with a start date for the direct debits. Please note that we keep our costs low by operating direct debits. If you are unable or unwilling to pay by direct debit then we will have to charge a supplement.
